Depends on your definition of "better".
Some aspects yes, other aspects it's same as always. Pretty much unless you are platooned with or are using scout or arty you won't see more than 2 tiers above you. So once you hit Tier 7 now is where everyone complains it seems.
I would have a hard time imo telling you it's better, especially if MM drove you away before. I actually preferred the way MM was a long time ago that gave a wider spread.
The only way to overcome MM is by having Grabad and Carbonward like skills it seems. I honestly have no idea how so many of the unicums overcome and can carry full teams of fail so often.
Also nice match there mosi.
Sold my 13-90 as I was tired of having to hang with Tier 10's and 9's, looks like MM did good for ya there.

You still have to retrain your crew when taking from tank to tank. Your skills and perks are what stay even when switching. And once you get some crew with skills or perks yes imo and many others you are better off transferring them and retraining to keep building them.
To aid in giving crew experience you can use them with Premium tanks. Premium tanks of the same nation and same class(Heavy, Med, light, TD,arty) can use a crew at 100% no effect or retraining needed. However if the crew is trained for that premium tank you can't do it reverse so when moving them you still have to retrain.
I don't buy crews anymore as I have plenty floating around and will just use them. Of course when new nations like the Brits came etc you have no choice, but outside of that I use old experienced crews from tank to tank. Hope some of that makes sense.Edited by rx7racer - 1/12/13 at 10:53am
