have you tryed playing with the ram voltage?

Yes I have, and in various degrees along with the AGP voltage.

I will be perfectly happy with 4.0ghz and 5:4 divider. That essentialy equates to a 4.0ghz processor and ddr400 ram running at stock. My issue is stability. How can I make this rock solid stable.

This windows issue is bugging me, at 4.0 it would load into windows just fine whe your first turn the computer on, but lets say I try to restart, it wont even POST! ARG!!! Help.
