What you get for not Paying your Employees what they are Entitiled to.

GAME OUTFIT Electronic Arts has had to write a cheque for more than $14.9 million to compensate its software engineers for unpaid overtime.
The firm had made entry-level software engineers ineligible for overtime. But under a new deal they will be reclassified as hourly workers, making them eligible for overtime pay. They will also receive a one-time grant of restricted company stock.
