Thread Starter
Ok im using drapper drake ubuntu 6.06. The wireless card i have is the D-Link DWL-G510 Rev. A1. Ubuntu does not recognise it so i need one of you guys to helpo me get it to work. Findind one that is already made would be best as i do not know anything about ndiswrapper but if i get instructions for that i COULD use it.

If 6.06 does not have a driver to support your wireless card there theres a good chance that theres not one out for it, unless you find one a user made. Thats the problem with new hardware and Linux, theres not alway support. How old id the card? Did you try picking another D-Link driver form another wireless card, trying the newest one they supported.
