PSU adequate for this card, hd6850 vs. 450w

Okay I was posting in this forum under a different thread but the title was misleading and I think I have finally made my decision, almost...
Well it was a toss up between the hd5770 and the hd6850 really the limiting factor was whether or not Id have to replace the PSU in order to run the 6850 where the 5770 would be fine.
ok so here my question im no expert at this and I can use any help you guys are willing to give.

The msi 6850 im looking at has a TDP of 127w and some reviews suggest it draws about ~165w under full load.

the RD450-2SB rosewill psu produces 360w on the 12v rails
there are two separate rails (12v x 14a=168w 12v x 16a=192w) is this adequate? I just don't want to order this thing get all excited then have it not work.

Well, most Radeon HD 6850's require at least ~25A on the +12V rail.

Your PSU has 2 +12V rails IIRC (of ~14A each).

So, since the HD 6850 has only 1 6-pin PCI-E power connector, and someone correct me if I'm wrong here please, how would you offset the rest of the amperage to the other rail?

well its still getting some of its juice through the pci-e slot as well.
and if it only used that single rail to power the card with 25a it would require a power supply with 300w on a single rail.

Your 450w psu is iffy at best.

550w has 35amps, 600w has 40amps
Your's is not listed.

If this helps you at all I recently upgraded myself from a 5770 to a 6850.
My psu is a HX520w which has 40amps. Plenty and no issues for me.
