Did you change the multiplier or is the multiplier on the 805 20? Also what is better, higher multiplier with lower FSB or higher FSB with lower multiplier? Or does it not make a difference?

Well a larger multiplier means each notch up the rung is a lot higher so to speak--meaning you can get a high CPU speed without a real high FSB--which is ideal for keeping your RAM in a 1:1 divider (when using overspec RAM)

I see, so is there any way to change the multiplier on a Pentium D 820 or did they do that lser cut thing on the die? It's 14 so is that good? I'm still kind of new to overclocking CPUs.
