Would this make a good folding rig for the money?

Been reading over the numerous posts in reponse to my various threads RE: building 4 inexpensive folding rigs. For the first of the four how about a 805 in a FoxConn mobo? I'll link the hardware below.

I have a 40 gig HDD to get started with, and a case...but HS, CPU, RAM, Mobo and PSU are yet to be ordered (spending my tax return before I get it...lol). I keep hearing TT BT so I thought I'd use that since the Smithy runs hot from what I hear. The rest was just comparison shopping. Would like to have some feedback before ordering the bits...

Yes it is. I already have an 820 stuck in no OC mobo and want to see what the 805 can do cranked up. Chozart thinks that mobo is a little dated being AGP and all--and it might be--but chances are it will be the runt of the litter when I finally fill up Crunch--when I get some serious loot I want to look into a Core Duo build (T2600) but right now there are no microATX boards...that I know of...that would be the Big Dog IMO.
