From what I've heard it allows you, within 90 days of a purchase, to trade in and pay the difference between the card you bought and a better one that came out (or is already out). However, it isn't an nVidia offer. As far as I know only eVGA offers this.

EVga offers a set up program with their graphic cards, how it works is like this, you buy the graphics card and if another one better comes out within 90days you can send bck yours and pay da difference if any for the new one, u can only do it once though. to do it again you will have to buy another card from scratch. also it has to be from a recognised retailer or online store as Newegg and you have to register for the program with them.
