Hey Blazin, how does your ram overclock with the CCB1E?
I am having troubles with the ram on the CCBWE at 2.8ghz.
Heres my thread: Opty 165 OC

No they're not. They are produced in pretty much the exact same conditions as the Athlons. The only reason they tend to be more stable is the slower and more relaxed memory controller, which makes them have slightly less performance clock-per-clock than the Athlons.

unfortunately most results ive seen on air is 2.5-2.6 @ 1.55v for this particular stepping.

you might gain a bit by removing the IHS or water cooling.
it was 630 AUD a rather good price for one in AUS actually... but MEH

anyway...

now i'm currently able to reach 2.5stable... well mostly stable... i'm figuring cooling is my main concearn right now...

getting a new Cooler.. a.k.a (modding stock cooler 80-120mm converter + 70CFM 120mm fan) or a BT or Ninja will possibly allow me to reach 2.6, at this time i'm able to Prime95 for over 10 hours (Large FFT, still going) on my second core, but not my first.. my first dies after about 15-20 mins (Large and small FFT).

If i can get to 2.6 on air i will be very satisfied, when water makes a leap into my life i'm hoping possibly 2.8... that could be pushing it though...

I think i've included everything that is necessary to prove my achievement (although nothing special...) any questions or suggestions ask/inform away

Current settings are as follows
-----------------------
Clock settings + Voltage
-----------------------
HTT: 250x10 = 2500mhz (1:1 at 3-4-4-8)
HTT multi: 4x (250x4 = 1000 x 2 = 2000Mhz HTT)
CPU: 1.52 (set to 1.475 + 1.02.4% increase, sotkc 1.35v)
LDT: 1.30v (stock 1.20v)
Chipset: 1.56 (stock 1.52)
DRAM: 2.89v

--------
Temps:
--------
CPU Idle = 38C
CPU 50% = 48C
CPU 100% = 56C
Chipset = 46C (7700RPM forced)
Mobo = 35C
