First of all go back and fill out your, (Sysytem Specs so everyone will know what they are dealing with.

Go into your setup mode at startup (bios). Not sure about an Epox board but usually you can find a setting that goes sothing like, (Quick Start or Normal Start) Quick start is around 15 seconds Normal is about 30. If you really want to get your startup going fast go to the Main thread under (Windows) and look for the post by members that helps you with any Windows applications that apply

Hope this gets you started and please REP those members that help you especially if they took the time to write a FAQ post.

Well my bad i don't get it then when you go into your bios it takes 30 seconds for each highlighted item to stop? Thats a new one on me ? however you are dealing with a new build and I know that over time some default behaviors will change as you make changes to your Windows settins as well as other devices.

You could go to your bios web site and check for a bios update/upgrade and or go to your motherboard web site and troubleshoot this one if it happened to you as a new build it has most likely happened to other users of that configuration?

Good Luck Keep use informed I would like to know what you find out from the mainboard maker?
