Make sure "Skid Recovery Force" is off. This is a setting for beginners that grants your tires more grip. It isn't an option for real life cars. It's just something they added so the less driving inclined can control rear-drive cars or cars with 800+ HP when coming out of corners .

If that isn't enough, reduce the traction control.

Active Stability Management/Electronic Stability Control uses asymmetrical braking to control skid or even prevent it through prediction in certain versions.

"Skid Recovery Force" gives direct gain to tire traction - no braking involved.

They perform a similar role but do it in different ways. Tires can't magically grip more in real life, unfortunately.
