Exactly. Most console manufacturers sell their consoles at a LOSS. The idea is similar to that of selling printers (the money is made from selling INK!). With consoles it's about selling accessories, games, and liscensing rights to games, etc. Games are what, $60 new?

It wasn't really a suprise that MS lost profit... give it another year.
