Painting Nintendo DSi?

Thread Starter
What type of spray paint should I use on my black DSi and how should I prepare it?

I've got to replace one of the screens so I'm going to have it all apart anyway.

Was thinking of going with a candy color if I can find it in the right type of paint for the plastic.

Just cover the insides with tape, and then spray away with Krylon or rustoleum... I did this also...

If you can, I would disassemble the shell from the console. You'll get much nicer results smile.gif

I would probably sand off the glossy outer coating with some fine sand paper, prime it with krylon fusion primer, and use krylon fusion to paint it.

Very easy to find and fairly cheap. Depending on if you are painting everything or not, I would probably take it apart first.
