LCD Busted ?Anyway to fix it?

Hey, I have a problem with my LCD 17" monitor, its busted. One day i was playing a game and it just i guess burnt out on me. The power LED flickers on and off. Im not sure, but i think i can squeeze a little bit more life into it untill i can afford a new one. Please, if anyone has heard of such a problem, and possibly solved it (maybe fuse or something o0 ), I dont know much, so if anyone has actually fixed an LCD with a problem like that, can someone maybe tell me how. Reason for me asking is because I dont have any money whatsoever to buy a new LCD at the moment. Thanks for your help guys

**EDIT** Although i did not get any replies, its ok, thanks for reading this anyways. I have Fixed the monitor, and i was right it WAS the freakin Fuse. I replaced it with a fuse from my old VCR. Thanks for your time peeps. Peace \\/

Well i would personally advise not opening it up to try and repair yourself for health and safety reason. If you have purchased it from a retail store or online you may be able to take it back or RMA it to get a replacement. Also check the fuse in your in your plug for the LCD monitor as it may have a blown fuse..If not contact the seller you bought it from.
