if you are looking at hwbot, some of those guys get very well binned hardware. My 580sc did about 920/1175 on air at stock, with raised voltage. I barely hit 1Ghz core & able to finish vantage with a modded bios on full cover water, even then my score went down a touch from 990.
1Ghz on stock cooling would be a golden card.

I would it's safe for ambients at that range and at those clocks. As for the OC, most stock cards can hit 850/4200, looks like you have decently binned memory . I can get at least 910 at 1.125v.

Remember that 1.125v actually denotes the range of voltages between 1.25v and 1.138v. The next step up is 1.38v to 1.51v, 1.51v to 1.63v and so on and so forth up to 1.213v.

Well if your not trying to show off LOL then I'd leave it at stock for 24/7 use they overclock pretty good without messing with the voltage
Just saying my cards overclock to 850 on the core at stock voltage so your 580 should do a bit better than that using stock voltages then again I only run mine at 820 24/7 which is more than enough for the gaming I do...
