there no switch. to be honmest this far beyond anything i have come across... he has rebuilt the system completly and teh same thing.
could it be the hard drive?

AHAH!!!! we found the problem the motherbopard pin for the cpu are bent!!!!!!! the motherboard was cheap but can i ask is there any chance that the cpu could be dead or damaged in anyway???
