The First Quad SLI Benchmarks - Page 2

Okay so I've fallen behind a little bit on my knowledge of graphics cards jargon... I understand SLI and I read that article on Quad-SLI... What is "Crossfire"? I know that it is ATI's answer to SLI but that's about all I know... anyone care to explain it or drop some links? THX =)

OK, CrossFire is like SLI, except that it's ATi's version of it... SLI can only run it in 2 rendering modes : AFR + SFR. CrossFire can go into 4 rendering modes : AFR, Supertile, Scissor + SuperAA. Well, as turbocharged said, go to my link...
