From a cash perspective, it's not.
If your case can accomodate a high-end GPU cooler such as the ProlimaTech MK-26, it'll net you more than adequate temparetures in utmost silence (provided you don't plan on overclokcing your card to the limit) for approx. 110 (incl. 2 good 140 mm PWM fans).

If your case can't accomodate the 4-5 slots needed for the card+cooler, then an AIO solution would be your best bet.

That's very cheap compared to what I was expecting... but I doubt it would fit in my case along with all the other junk I have.
