Ahh ok thanks. How hard is cutting into acrylic? Do I use a dremel to cut out the hole for the side panel?

I haven't cut through acrylic before but others have said it's not too bad. Just be careful and make sure you use masking tape to cover the area you're planning to cut. Go slowly so that you don't crack the acrylic. You can use a dremel if you want, but I think a hole saw is more precise.

Cutting acrylic takes a little bit of practice. If I were you I'd practice on some scraps before making your actual cuts. It is very easy to crack. Holesaws are good as long as you use them slowly.

Ok so once I get the case I should do these things:
  • Cut side-panel fan hole
  • Cut PSU fan hole
  • Add side panel window

What do I use to cut the side panel hole for the window? A dremel?

I used a dremel and a 110mm hole cutter, by the time you finish cutting with a 110mm cutter the hole is about 118mm anyway.
