Any good air cooler will do the job. The case is big enough to fit any high end CPU cooler right now. Pretty sure someone has a NH-D14 (one of the biggest air coolers) in their build, just look through the club members build logs.

Yeah it will more then likely fit. Not sure about the cooling capabilities of that cooler. You can also fit any of Corsair's single rad Hydro series coolers with out modding.

I would be worried about ram compatibility.

The cooler appears to go straight up, not out, so it should fit as long as it isn't stupid long, which it does not look to be.

Bet you could sell the original top panel, sure many people have made mods they wish they could undo/redo.

Looks like Silverstone has taken the PC-A05N's inverted motherboard idea and introduced the concept into one of their new micro-ATX cases:

http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=303&area=

The Silverstone is a microATX/miniITX case, but it has the same width/height as the PC-A05NB. The only difference is that the A05 is 4 inches longer.

cluttered maybe but an ingenious use of space for a matx/mitx setup.

You should look at ITX cases. Things tend to get more cluttered when you start losing space. I'll probably be ordering the TJ08-E. Such a great case
