Don't know yet if I'll do something else.

Do you guys think that a half circle would be big enough air hole for the psu to get it's fresh air through ? Would like not to cut the psu support thingy away which is on the bottom of the case under the psu.

E:

You can cut out a full 120mm fan hole that would line up under a typical PSU fan but you will have to move the power supply bracket back.
If you notice the bracket is too far forward for most PSU's anyway, sitting on the fan grill.
It's easy to move the bracket back. I have found that if you spot the rear edge of the bracket 162mm back from the front edge of the case (most 500 to 650 watt PSU's are 150mm deep plus the thickness of the front mounting bracket, 12mm, = 162) the PSU will sit perfectly.
You just have drill out the rivets with a 7/64" bit, spot the bracket, drill two holes with same bit and fasten the bracket with some 4/40 or 3mm screws and nuts or short 1/8" rivets if youv'e got 'em.
Oh, I should have added that a 4 1/2" hole saw does a much cleaner/quicker job than a freehand dremel.

The front fan makes for a nice summer cool down, just wip off the front, turn up the fan and enjoy the breeze =)

Got mine today, mad props to Newegg, $100 shipped after $10 off new customer coupon, bought yesterday @11 am and arrived today @11 am sick!

Before buying i searched around with no luck finding high detailed photos, hope this helps someone else looking to pick one up:

Overall I'm very happy with this case, it's a snug fit with no wasted space... love it! plan on liquid cooling later on, tried lining up an EK 360 rad and seems it might fit in length, but in thickness not so sure, however a slim Swiftech 360 with low profile fans look like it will definitely fit.
