i still need to make a window

check out my previous pages posts/build log, ~$30 on frozenCPU for the bolt on window and I'm very pleased smile.gif. On another note, why so much ram? tongue.gif less ram dimms = more stable OC wink.gif

Thanks, I also took "Mechanical Technology 1-4" (Auto Shop + a little metal fab) and had a 1990 Jeep Wrangler I had to f with to get running every time I turned around. So that also gave me a bit of know how on things. I just wish I still had my catapult I made in engineering that could throw a golf ball 100 yards (golf balls do not respond to throwing even 1/4 as well as being hit). Only took ~10x 50 lb rubber tie downs for power on a 6" displaced axle, a fiberglass shovel handle as an arm, a 3' Kevlar weaved sling, and a boat winch from harbor freight to crank it down (requirement was to have it fit inside of a 3'x3'x3' cube)... yes it was a scary son of a B, but would have made an EPIC RMA denied part disposer on OCN biggrin.gif.

very nice. i have six foot mini trebuchet that uses five bricks that throws golfballs 50-75yrds. with some modding and ingenuity i set it up to throws flaming tennisballs. i want to make a new one out of steel and try using 100lbs for counter weight. we also build a twenty foot in our shop class and entered it i a pumpkin chunkin contest and wiped the floor with a 1500ft throw.

now, I am thinking of getting this case but the only worry I have is the cable management.
is there anyone that measured/can measure how much space there is between the mbo tray and side panel?
help is greatly appreciated smile.gif

just under 3/8 in there is enough from to put a 2.5in laptop drive or ssd will fit with side panel closed with out bulging.

Has anyone tried a dual 140mm rad on top instead of a dual 120mm rad? My Swiftech MCR220 won't fit on the bottom so I'm thinking of either sticking it on top or find a dual 140mm rad.

I so wish you lived in Oregon. I would love to get my catapult on again. If I could have broken the 3' box I could have made it throw WAY farther haha. distance of travel with force applied really limited my results. But I broke the school record by about 40 yards tongue.gif. Right now I have a 1/2 complete hand made $500+ beer pong table sitting in my garage. I need to wire up black light LEDs from scratch and paint it still, then It should be the most kick ass pong table the University of Oregon has ever seen! smile.gif

And yes a 140 will fit.

You can definitely as much as any standard ATX case, apart from a few less hard drives. but if it is a must you can fit at-least 6 if you opt for an external optical DVD, I prefer to rip all my CDs to my 2TB raid 1 for fast instant access + no need for my HDD cage for better airflow and less clutter wink.gif.
