Anyone know where I can get a replacement side panel for the A05, or the G50 side panel with side intake holes? I can't seem to find either of those anywhere.

Will side panels for any other lian li cases fit the A05?

Here if you want one with a window.

EDIT: Although buying a side panel for $54 is pretty steep considering the price of the entire case...

such a great case, probably my top choice for the next rig I'm building.

edit: after looking at some of your rigs, I realized how dumb my question was lol.

I know it's not an A05 exactly, but you can get an A06, which is pretty close for $49.95 at Performance PC's right now.

Has anyone tried flipping the motherboard tray on the A05FN model? I really like the reverse layout and the original case is no longer available here in Australia. Shipping from overseas is way too expensive.

I would have to re-rivet it back into place, but perhaps I could use superglue or something? Are there any complications that I should be aware of? Like will the PSU extension cord reach, and will the side panels still attach properly?

Thanks for any help.

I think it can be done but need quite a major mod coz the back of the casing is connected with the bottom and the front part of the case like U Shape. The motherboard tray can easily be flip over with the rivet removed but the back of the case has to be cut to flip it.

Many people on this thread have talked about it but no one is yet try it.
I believe it can be done, but it would take a fair amount of modification. It would almost be as easy as de-riviting the mobo tray out, drilling a few holes and putting in screws.. But the problem is, its all one piece. thinking.gif

Thanks for your help guys, I really appreciate it. That picture really helped. I think it will be too much work though, and I have found a good deal on a Lian Li PC-B10 case that I will probably pick up instead. Good luck to anyone who wants to attempt this, I still love this little case thumb.gif
