Rear 120 intake. Top 140 intake. Front 120 intake w-diverter. Bottom 140 exhaust. PSU exhaust.

That would make for an interesting setup.

Hmm. Lemme get my hardware mounted and cables routed before worrying about fans. Then I'll be back w more pics.

I'm also starting to think that maybe I don't one of the fans. Maybe kill the top 140 or rear 120 with a blanking plate?

My case is a bit special because to make my motherboards aux atx12 8-pin connection, I had to flip my power supply. So it's intaking from the top. I drilled the bottom plate off the drive cage so it'll be able to breath.

CPU cooling will be via Thermalright True-Spirit 120M.

That actually sounds like it might work pretty well. You can always run the 140 intake in the top at a lower rpm via the mobo (or fan controller).
It's so little!

Check this out, a mini GTX670, this should be useful for small case builders like ourselves. It would really help people using PSUs larger than 160mm in a PC-A05FNB.

Tought of that too! Would be perfect for a 3 or 4 way sli in this case, with one long 670 in the upper slot and then the shorter ones in the lower biggrin.gif Would look awesome!

Hi all

New to the forums - long time reader but thought I may as well take the step to start posting to these forums.

I really like these cases but before I take the leap I've got a few questions;

1. At the moment I've got 2 SATA HDD and one old ribbon one (which I'll do away with) so the case will have to fit 1 SSD for OS and programs and 2 HDD - one for media and one for steam. The media one will go once we have the money for a NAS at home.

2. My current case is a cheap Ebuyer jobbie which I got to fit the bill when I was originally building up my computer 2 years ago (http://www.ebuyer.com/239238-casecom-k5-9388-black-case-with-blue-led-120mm-front-fan-k5-9388blue) would this be a suitable replacement?

3. I would like to make the new case with components nice and quiet - is this possible with this case? What fans would you recommend?

4. Currently have an Arctic cooler 7 - If I was to go for water cooling in future of a bigger CPU cooler would that accommodate this? Is there any way you could fit a radiator in one of the 5.25 drive slots - since I'll only be using one.

In your experience would this case be suitable to be moved around a lot? My current case seems a little flimsy when I move it around a lot. By move I mean to friends houses and from the study to the living room to use steam big picture.

Thanks guys ahead of any replies.

In the process of saving for / buying the internals, but as I'm an occasional LAN-goer, I thought I'd install some handles to help with mobility. It was really hard to find handles that roughly matched the aesthetic of the case. Found these on Ebay for a good price. I think they look alright. (Obligatory "excuse the ****ty photos" comment goes here.)

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Did you use some large fender washers underneath the top panel to spread the load over the thin aluminum? I would think that carrying your rig would distort the panel without additional support.
