Managed to squeeze the 140mm radiator in tonight...

Unfortunately, even with my 140-120mm fan adapter that came in today, there's no way to get a fan on this thing inside the case due to DRAM location

The fan ended up outside the case instead.

While I was at it, I swapped all my fans to exhaust air out the top/back and made the front fan an intake.

Took a bit of cardboard and made a baffle to separate the PSU exhaust from the front intake fan.

All work was supervised and approved by my cat.

Question for whoever is using the 1st version of this case (the inverted one):

is it possible to install a 356mm card on the last motherboard slot? (the farthest away from the cpu)
Eventually also not using the 1st 5.25 slot

There is about 320mm between the back PCI covers and the 5.25 cage.

Sorry about the picture quality but i hope this helps.

Well, I just got myself a Lian-Li A05FBN. I decided to make an account so I could post about it because I'm so happy with this case.
In the future I plan to get a modular PSU and some custom cables. I was going to try and flip the PSU sticker, but it wasn't going to come off nicely. I also want to take out the top, right hand cage and add an extra front fan.

This is my old case.

And the new one

You can just tell, when someone has a Lian Li case and Noctua fans, that they know a good thing smile.gif

How'd you attach your ssd drive to the case?
Does the drive have screw holes or are you using some interface plate?
Nice build thumb.gif

Does anyone know what front panel clips does the A05NB take?
These are what I'm talking about. Apparently there are 3 types? Old, Model B, and PT-JT01?

The case has holes on the bottom (you can see them in this picture).
I just screwed in the mounting screws that came with the case to the bottom of my SSD and locked it onto the case.

How many do you need, and do you need pairs or just some male or female singles?
