want the top piece with 2x 120mm holes and also no i/o area so the whole top is flat, like the t60 thing mod here but not backwards since i open and clean it and stuff too often, i dont wanna kill the front

Hey guys! I want to show off my case too! =] I just want to show you guys a neat case mod. I don't know why you guys would let that ugly dvd button show in the front! It looks plain ugly. I did not have to spend a dollar for doing it either. I recommend everyone to do it for a slick look.

I hope you guys like what I did. I can take the pics with my dslr but I should be studying =P

can someone point me to a canadian seller of this case gonna use it as a media center beside my tv room tv XD got a capture card and hd thinking 4 1tb drives 2 blueray drives and loop adding foldin cards later maybe?

Newegg Canada should have the case for sale. Tiger direct sells in Canada as well.

I think we can find another Lian Li model top that will fit the bill. Man that is pretty.

Looks like he cut this to fit..


PRESS PICTURE FOR LINK

Okay Dead.. I did some checking.. this will fit. it is 8.66 inches across according to newegg but lian LI says its 220mm. I believe Newegg because of the picture you have and believe that panel is 210mm across because they did the specs in inches (8.66 Inches = 209.965 mm or 210). You can cut the rest to fit. That is the one. you need 490 mm for length and this panel is 590 which give you 100 mm to cut off the front. That plug on top has 4 sata 3s and a E-sata port that you might want to use in the back.

When you say you can cut this to fit, can you show on the pic (red line or something) where you'd have to cut? I'm just having a bit of trouble visualizing it. Like the button placement though.
