Iv heard there basicly non damaged rma's and such I think they're worth looking at and buying.

I bought a refurb X700 at newegg and it worked perfectly fine, it even came with drivers cd and cables

hey! as stated, you just get the card by itself.

Well! that's the only thing I get out of the box when I get them brand new, so refurbs are a good way to save a few extra bucks.....and they come with the same return policy (AFAIK) as if it were brand new.

Why no go for one? I would.

I thought you got like 30 days for a warranty?

I would trust Newegg completely, even when buying refurb stuff. Afterall, their customer support outweighs all the risks, since you can talk to any of their support and they will most likely RMA your card if it is DOA or fails within a few weeks. Just don't buy refurb videocards from small private companies. But with newegg, you're safe.

That's their return policy also. I returned a dvd burner even after the 30th day. Newegg Rules!, they need to do a better job at packaging though.

But I think you may have the choice to buy an "extended warraty".
