Using the -advmethods flag might not be a good idea as I've got two GTS 450 cards that are now running 7622 WUs that have an ETA of over 16 hours and a PPD of 6811.
I don't know how a GTX 560 Ti will handle these WUs.
I've had problems with my i7-970 as it has crashed a couple of times. Each time I've dropped the BLCK down a couple of notches.
I've lost track of what speed this processor is running but I believe it is still above 4GHz.
I've come to the belief that the speed of the memory really makes a big difference on the big WUs.
Several years ago when I had some extra cash I bought a set of Corsair DOMINATOR GT, 6GB (3x2GB), 2000MHz memory.
I installed this memory into this rig and although I haven't been able to increase the speed of the CPU I have been able to use a higher ratio for the memory.
Even with all the restarts I've had my 6903 TPF is 47 min 59 sec.

I may have to continue just folding during the day and shutting down at night on hot days. Electricity for computer + A/C is going to be really high.
I feel your pain as your Texas heat must be pushing north.
I can't afford to run my computers and the A/C at the same time so if this is the start of summer I'm in trouble.
