Tell me how many nickels it takes to depress the keys on your keyboard! - Page 19

I dither it. Dithering is an old engineering trick when measuring to get better accuracy.

Just like the momentum of a weight falling represents reality better than a slow moving robot "finger".

However, as noted before you are free to use a robot if you have one handy.

I still recommend nickels. When you're done testing you can buy.... well, not much.

Another result. A N52TE gamepad is 65g. The N52 originally has cruddy stiff ones.

What was funny is it was measured using the weights from a gaming mouse. I gotta try that.

Ripster, how do you decide which ones to add to the GH wiki?

Dell 04N454 Ergonomic is 65g.

You know, I tried that dude's trick of using mouse weights but he must be better at balancing than I am.

I ended up using Nickels to measure a Blue Monterey switch.

I just add them all. Let me know if you were in this thread and not added.

It's filling in quite nicely.

For those of you that don't want to use glue try this trick. Tape.
