I NEED a good fan.

Is this one good? Some people say it's louder thatn 21dBa and some don't think so. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999127
I want a nice amount of air-flow like that one, and if it is that quiet then it's perfect. But otherwise does anyone know of any fans that provide a lot of air with low noise? Under 25 dba if possible and at around 70cfm or more.

EDIT: I know that the higer the CFM = higher rpm's = higher dba. But that's why I'm asking if anyone knows of any fans that are out there that are really good at low noise with max air.

Yeah, but they don't allow for RPM monitoring.

My money goes with Sunnon, they make some really nice fans. Some can be a bit expensive though.

Thanks for the reply's so far guys. I need to replace the fan on my TTBT and I also plan on cutting a hole in my side panel for a 120mm fan. Plus I want to replace the 120mm that'n in the back of my case.

These are what I ended up going with ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999344 ) and they've been great so far. A little louder than what you're looking for but they really are a great fan.

^I agree, I have the same fan, SilverStone FM121, and it's great. The fan control allows you to silence the fan to 17dba, but I don't mine noise so I just put it on max and let it jet 110 cubic feet of air per minute (CFM for short, ).
