That is correct AFAIK.
The wristband is a good 'failsafe' but not necessary. Just poke something metal like your PSU or case.
As MjrTom said, remove pretty much evenything. If you have a fairly large/heavy HSF, i'd suggest removing it, as they can put a strain on the mobo if your moving it around, although it might be tricky to put it back on it a small case, so you might be better off leaving it on.
Try not to snag wires on anything, as it wouldnt be fun to snap the pins off a RAM stick, or rip the HSF off. Not likely, but possible.
Just dont rush, and think things through. If it doesnt fit, dont force it. just stop and think. Should all go smoothly if you use your common sense
