I use a stripped down XP for 2d, since getting fermi I do all my 3d benching in win7 except for 3dmark 06 & 01, those still give me much better scores in 32 bit XP. 03 & 05 are close but a bit better in 7, aquamark is horrible in XP with 400 series.

Yea I learned that about Aquamark, actually I haven't had much luck with my Fermi card and Aquamark.
Tried XP & 7 and both got some horrible scores when I compare it to my other cards.

With 7 I think you have to set affinity for all cores, or else it runs like on 1 core and you get a 200k score instead of 400k.

I renamed it to something .exe and when I checked the affinity after opening it up it had all threads being used.

Not really supposed to rename the .exe, even though the ONLY thing it seems to do is set the affinity to all the cores it is considered a cheat at many places. Safer to just alt-tab out & set the affinity to avoid any score challenge hassles.

Tiny 7 for most runs, Tiny XP for SuperPi and Vista for wPrime.
Just got Server 08 so I will try that when my board gets back from RMA.

Your best bet is to test what works good for you though.
