Yes, that should help, typically having 4 dimms populated stresses the IMC a bit harder, yielding more difficult OC's. With only two dimms filled you may even get up to 2133mhz, if you try going over 1.55v on the ram, make sure you bump up your VTT slightly. For my RAM I have it @ 1.65v, so i need my VTT around 1.12-1.14 to boot.
