Oh, I'm not blaming you, I upgraded my wife's laptop last night using that promo. Well worth the $$, IMO. I'm interested in seeing how much better the battery life vs win 7 is.
Haha, sure, stop on by, although I don't think you can fly into BWI anytime soon wink.gif

I dont think I saw those but i saw lots of pumpkin stencils. Toooooo many pumpkin stencils.

Upgraded my wife's MSI laptop today. Want better battery too and more speed. She was on Vista. How did your's like the new interface? I downloaded a start menu app just in case mine freaks a little.

She didn't care at all, and hasn't even turned it on yet frown.gif She uses her iPad more than anything though, so I doubt she will care, but I thought she'd like the tiles, if they can do social networking updates (I assume they can, but haven't tried as I don't use social network sites, or start screen much).

Oh my gosh I want to throw this machine out the window. Back to the good old times of trying to get fahcontrol to link up to the local client, I don't know why V7 has such issues with this seemingly at random. I set up every machine the exact same way but 50% of the time it refuses to work.

Ah, well yeah then you won't be opening any GUI then will you. No idea how to check it there.

It should be listed in the log file, right at the top.

Have a sit around and watch the milk spoil party?

I'm ready for the zombie apocalypse, this storm is nothing.

We are all stocked up on food (both regular and 4 cases of MRE's), water (hey, I'm a water cooler and fish tank guy too, remember), guns, ammo, flash lights, batteries (I can run my PC's for 12 hours without power, or I can down the PC's and recharge phones and other batteries and cycle the refrigerator to keep it cool for days), a generator with 20 gallons of gas, both motorcycles and both cars are topped off with gas, etc, etc, etc.

Short of it actually hitting my house, we'll be fine.

I finally pulled the pictures off my USB stick from the wife and I's vacation.

Here is the cabin we rented.

Here is the view from the porch.

Here is an awesome shot of the leaves in the valley.

Here is a shot that many won't be able to take of the leaves.

Here is why.

Haha, I agree, I just hope it doesn't flood by me.

Oh, nice. Looks pretty neat.
