@47 Knucklehead

Double check what all is running under the passkey you are using for the Cat3 CPU.
Based on the 5187 point credit on the #6 update, I'm guessing you have a Fermi card running under the same passkey.

It is a common mistake with the v7 client.
The way to fix/avoid it is to leave the passkey fields blank in the identity tab in the client configuration, and assign the appropriate passkey for the TC hardware in the "extra slot options" for the appropriate folding slot.

No passkey here:

you'll notice every one except the bomber pic has a weird resolution

that would be the result of letting my dad borrow the camera and not knowing he set timestamp on, i had to chop off the bottom of each pic and explain to him what exif data was

Assign passkey for specific hardware slot here:

Oh lord, not again. We got to find a CAT3 replacement for me.

Ok, I'll just remove the main passkey, even though I put a separate passkey on the GPU and SMP specifically, and I verified them and they were different once. I also went to all my other machines are triple checked and restarted my clients to make sure I wasn't using the passkey on "Slave Driver" for the SMP slot.

So far, the fully automatic pictures are nice ... HUGE, but nice. 5.75MB per picture.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

The manual on this thing is insane.

LOL, you should just remove the GPU slot from that rig until we find a permanent Cat 3 replacement. This is the second time in one week that this issue has repeated itself.

I think I'll do that now.

[Edit]

Done

I'll set it up on a Linux virtual client when I get in the office tomorrow for even better numbers.

On a side note, I swapped out the dying HDD that was making noise for a different one. Installed Ubuntu 10.10 on it this time, I was running 12.10, but just stock. On 10.10 I installed the bfs patched kernel, so I'm hoping for lower TPF on some WUs.

Hopefully that will help.

Check out my HFM stats ATM. I'm on a 7019 w/ TPF of 1:08, which is definitely lower than what I was seeing on 12.10 with CFS. BFS, oh how I missed thee.
