You might want to start with more info about system specs and cooling performance (idle and max temp under p95 load). Cpuz screen shots under load and at idle would help. BIOS settings for voltages and mem ratios/timings too.

Since you don't have unlocked boost multis, i think you're going to have to alter you BLCK. As that goes up, you'll have to adjust the memclock ratio to a lower multi.

You have to decide what you're shooting for exactly? You could just up BLCK a bit, so when your cpu boosts, it'd boost to somewhat higher clocks. So similar to a stock setup, just a bit faster. Or you could disable TurboBoost (assuming you have the option of disabling that feature) and up BLCK by a higher amount. This way when not idle the cpu would jump up to your OC and not change depending on number of active cores.

My system is setup such that if *any* number of cores is active, it runs at 3.89G and when idle it runs at 1.4G. But i'm getting it to do that with a combination of a BLCK increase and changes to the boost multipliers. You don't have the luxury of being able to fiddle with the boost multis.

If I were you, I'd go for disabling TB and shoot for something stable clocks over 3.0 but under 3.5 to start with. Then see if you can work it up over 3.5.

This thread about the 860 might be useful for you, although they're shooting for 4.2G type overclocks.
