A QUICK NOTE TO MYSELF:

Disable LOAD LINE CALIBRATION as it causes voltage spikes and might add heat.

GN8 everyone -see you tomorrow!

Next time write down the BSOD code you got, so we can see what you need.
While Load Line Calibration causes "voltage spikes" (infact it doesn't, just regulates the voltage not using the Intel Vdroop spec) you usually get a stable OC with a more average value.
If you disable LLC you will need to use MORE voltage because at full load it will drop down, and make your system crash if it doesn't have enough.

So what you are saying that I should leave it ENABLED ?
I saw sam opinions that it should be DISABLED now I am confused...

Right now I reverted everything back to AUTO again untill I get more clue what to do. Looks like we are back at starting point...

When its get down to that I have a feeling that I know more about overclocking it turns out that Im still far away and know nothing... :/

What to do now ?

Let's start again.
Get everything to auto, and change the BCLK from 133 to 166. Make sure the ram it's at 1333 or near. Run Linx 50 pass. Report back with temps.

Ola amigo. Linx from OCCT ? Or what is this and where to download ?
Also I have this question : when I overclock ram beyond 1333 I have this message poping out: That I can press OK to use the current voltages or CANCEL so BIOS will raise voltage if DIMMS require more - is that reliable option when I press cancel ?

Right now on AUTO my DRAM Voltage is as it should be at least that what BIOS shows 1.5 and timings shown by CPU z indicates something like this: 9-9-9-24

Im still confused about the fourth timing value. I havent overclocked yet as you suggested frown.gif Scared again.

Let me collect myself and I will try that again.

OK so I set BLCK to 166 but you didnt said anything about multipler so I set it to x20. Memory Ive set 1328 (was showing at the top 1331 or something like that) voltages and everything else exept what I changed is on auto. Still awaiting answer about that Linx thing amigo.

Hey good luck with your OC. Id love to jump in seeing that we have identical mobo and processor but my CPU can't clock past 3.8 so I rather not.. Plus you have plenty of great help here already! Good luck with the stock cooler though!
