That must have just been a tool of a rep...ask for a supervisor.

I had an issue with the 2 of the sata cables that came with my mobo, and they didn't even hesitate to send me two brand new ones after I emailed them a proof of purchase.

(although one rep did make a stink of me asking for 2 copies of Metro 2033 when they had the 'buy a 400 series card and register for a free copy of Metro' promo..I was like 'excuse please...I bought two cards...it doesn't say limit one per customer.')

Well according to his emails he's a level 2 service rep whatever the hell that means. I just can't believe that he wants me to upload ANOTHER picture because he's too blind to see that the screw is FUBAR and will probably need some kind of special tool to take off.

I'm gonna get an Asus for my next card if they keep giving me hell over 2 micro screws. I can get them from a reputable hardware vendor that we do business with provided that I get the dimensions. But no, let's give a paying customer hell over 10 cents when he WAS thinking about dropping another 350$ on another card for SLI.

My card idles 28*c (same as my CPU) and loads at 65*c (also same as my CPU).

I would see if there is any way to add more fans to the 800D since it's definitely not made for air cooling.
Yeh definitely true, but like I said I have block in the mail.

Has anyone had a bad experience with EVGA's customer service? I'm trying to get them to send me two screws for the ones that stripped on my high airflow bracket and they're telling me that I need to provide them with some high res shots of just the screw heads.

I was going to purchase my next card from them for SLI but looks like ASUS might get my business. I even offered to pay the .10$ for the screws but they keep telling me that they need documentation.

I even asked for the damn dimensions so that I could get some from a company that makes heat treated hardware but noooooooooooooo.

Screw EVGA. No pun intended.

Well I'm a commuter who was banking on actually having class today, but instead I get to sit around while waiting for my 5:45 class.

As for working out. That's hard to do when you don't anticipate not having class and don't bring any shorts with you. As the university doesn't allow for working out in jeans.

And btw "trolling" is the only thing keeping me sane right now.

Lol...i know wei means diddly...but 263.09 dropped me from 7.7 to 7.4. And things became even more sluggish. Im starting to dislike nvidia.

C'mon now...tri-sli can't be such a pain in the neck ass. Ugh...266.54 here i come again. Funny...as craptastic as wei is...my power usage spikes to 804w when graphics performance is being analyzed.

Well I've been playing some more with overclocking. This time with my CPU set to 3.80Ghz. I ended up with a better 3D Mark 11 score which I'd like to be updated on the club stats please. Stable 24/7 OC no voltage tweak on either required on GPU.

My CPU i7 950 3.07Mhz to i7 950 3.80Mhz.
GPU @ 912Mhz core /1111Mhz Shader / 1824Mhz Memory

I'm happy to be getting 14% gain on GPU and now 22.8% gain on my CPU thanks to overclock.net and those who post while others learn. Woot! I tried to go to 4Ghz but it went unstable. I'm sure it's only because I haven't figured out the right mix of settings. I have to say though I'm just shy I'm happy and don't want to push my CPU temp any higher.

Though I could take the card higher @920 I started getting video spotting, in Crysis game play Enthusist level AA x4 where I usually like to play. I've backed down to @912 Core.
