Get the Antec 1200 HCP.

90C?! Wow, cards are sandwiched together right?

Need more airflow on those cards buddy....I'm surprised they even got that high as I never saw one of mine {when I was 2 way on air) break 80c. (only reason i can think of (the top card, right?) getting that hot is it's sucking in restricted and heated air from the card sandwiched below it.)

Hmmm...did you OC them any further?

no there at stock settings and and ya the bottom card is hotter then the top card, and when i had one card it was around 80-83c, i just dont want to put the second card in the third slot then it melt the wires right there(all the power button, led connectors and usb stuff are where the third card sits and 80c is pretty hot for those wire with such thin insulation

is your room (ambient) air temp high?

strange really...I've never seen a 580 get that hot.
(but you'll be putting them under water soon right? )

Maybe there isn't enough airflow in the RV01. (I'm not sure never having owned one)

i cant tell you exactly what the ambient temps are in my room because i have no way of finding out, but ya id say its warmer in here lol

And ya i was going to watercool this tower, but i decided that im switching to the rv03 which isnt released till late march or April according to silverstone..

Like im getting nervous i dont want to burn out the cards, some other people said these cards are rated for 115c is that true? or is 90c to high

i cant imagine tri sli on air, its an oven in my tower with two lol and imagine i oc'd my 580s lol

105c..I think...then again, i thought they had TDP protection that downclocked the cards when they passed 85c.

Download MSI Afterburner (or EVGA Precision) and set up a custom fan profile that ramps fan speeds up as the temp increases...have it set up so you're at least 85% fan speed by 80C. That should help alot...assuming you haven't done that already.

(I saw you had Afterburner, but I'm not sure if you set up the fan profile)

According to Nvidia max temp on the 570/580s is 97C. As opposed to the 105C the 480s were made to handle.
