Unless of course you plan to shower us with some wisdom on Kepler cards. smile.gif

In my opinion, every official NVIDIA series thread should be considered "monumental" as it provides a stepping stone in history for the section. People will buy both old and new cards later on and would like to be included as official owners at their time of purchase, so it would make sense to keep them where everyone can find them easily at anytime (consider it like a small catalog).

I am aware of some Kepler related production info but at this time it is being held extremely close to the design team and most of my sources were only mildly aware that this info even exists. Don't worry, as time comes I will be filling everyone in on anything my sources allow me to say. smile.gif

Hi Motive, can you please check something for me if you get the time? When I stress test my card (using OCCT), even with the fan set at 100% beforehand, the card reaches 97/98C. This seems very high to me, but I wanted to check with other owners before I decide to RMA....

Thanks!

It's possible it could be a bad mount on the cooler.

I swear if it turns out they left the film on the contact block I would doh.gif

I remember someone posted a pic of their XFX card where the clear film was still on the cooler block on their GPU. lachen.gif

98c seems very high.. I ran a few 1 min stress tests, and then a 10, never got over 70.
