Now my next question is - my loop. I've got an RX360 and a MCP655 pump with a D5 top. If I get Dual 580's will my pump and rad be sufficient to cool a CPU and 2 GPUs??

People in the water cooling area of OCN seem to think I'd be fine with what I have and adding the 2nd GPU. Right now my rad is only doing push. I'd probably wanna go push/pull, no?

Think I'd be ok with my current RAD and pump?
The RX360 should handle your cpu and two 580s quite nicely. Your cpu won't add a lot of heat to the loop as well.

Got my 570's under water. Very interesting experience as one of my cards had hex screws instead of philips. Then the very last one stripped out. Never thought I would ever consider breaking/cutting of the corner of a GPU! Ended up drilling the screw out like a rivet.
Very worth it though. Stock temps idled around 31-32. In Crysis2 with everything high they were low 40s. Cranked the core up to 900 shader to 1800 and still only idles at 37-38 with 1063mVs. High of 52 in Furmark Extreme Burn in. I'm getting really low scores on the benchmarks though, any idea why that could be? Also what should I be doing with the memory? Not done with the core yet as temps are!
Proof:

Oh and one last thing, does anyone else with WCing hear a kinda buzzing sound (not capacitor squeel) coming from there cards under load? I don't think I could have heard it with the fans on, but I definitely hear it now. Weird.

Yeah the Lock Tite is a pain. Thanks to a heavy application on my old 570's, I stripped a few screws on my cards too when I was only trying to replace the TIM.

Regarding the buzzing sound, I'm not sure about the cards, but when I was leak testing, I noticed a buzzing sound as well - but it turned out to be the hum of the fan on my AX1200. Just a guess, but perhaps because of the load you now have on your PSU, and due to how quiet your system actually is, the sound may actually be noticeable now from your PSU.

I have had my PC for a couple months and I am new to overclocking and such. I am getting a Hyper 212+ CPU cooler soon so my temps should be a lot better. I love my GTX 570 though. First time building a computer It's an EVGA GTX 570.

Yeah I just put my evga 570 under water as well, and I also hear buzzing/squealing under load(not sure if its normal capacitor sound). Not sure why I couldn't hear it with the air cooler, buzzing is kinda loud.. Would like to know if something is wrong with my card.

Nice

My 3rd fermi arrives tomorrow, and just placed my order for three Heatkiller water blocks. I'm kinda scratching my head on how the EVGA backplates will fit when the blocks are on
