So here are my first 3DMark11 results on my 570.

http://3dmark.com/3dm11/445081

So now, about where should I begin in Afterburner for numbers? I'm looking for just a low level noticeable boost at first Just to give my first stability test a run. But then what kind of numbers should I be aiming for? I'm not comfortable with messing with bios much yet though. Any suggestions?

Peace Lee

I've hit the wall on these 580s. Im still on air cant seem to push it any further. Temps just sky rocket probably due to this damn+ x58 sabertooth's SLI spacing. btw physics is on forgot to disable.

Updated.

A lot of people were not added because they didn't read the requirements on the first post. Anyways, grats to all the new owners.

Hey again. I know that im new here and im greatful of being a member.. But i have a question about overclocking the asus gtx 580.. Alot of peps are able to go past 900mhz on the core, but when i try go above 875 i get a black screen.. I tried up the voltage, different drivers and so on, but its a no go.. Have anybody else noticed this?? I probably wont overclock that much if any. But i just wonder. Looked on the internet but cant find anybody else with this issue.. Probably need another 580.

Very simple thing. Cards are different.
How much your voltages? or how much can you give voltages? on MSI afterburner forexample.

But be happy, you have a monster card over there, and even me I just have my everyday gaming OC is "only" 825 MHz, while put voltages little bit more down actually.

I can do 950 on 1.138 stable using just Afterburner (throttle down disabled). I suggest leave the ram stock while looking for the max stable core. You may just be a little unlucky and need more volts. Bios edit is not a big deal but you prob dont want to run much over 950 on air anyway esp with with higher volts.
