I am really, really curious about the destructibility of the environment. Just imagine the destruction technology of Red Faction Guerrilla in CryEngine 3, in NYC. If Crysis 2 has a system that even begins to approach this, I'm going to be so happy.

My only concern is, there was a real fun factor difference between fighting the aliens and the Koreans in the first Crysis. I wonder how they'll approach this issue.

I wonder if it will be more performance friendly since there won't be like a billion tree and bushes to render (if it's urban like I think)

crytek said that thegraphics will be just as good, if not better, than crysis/crysisWH but at the same time would be less demanding due to cryengine3 being much better optimized. they also said that the PC version would hands down be the best one. lets hope they we're full of ****.

Or you just have a hard time understanding English?

What i meant was Crysis 2 wont make as big graphic improvement as it could over Crysis
cause its going to be gimped by the fact its multiplatform.
I didn't say a single word about performance or optimization so what are you talking about ?
it's not going to be gimped cause it's showing up on consoles. the pc version is going to be a seperate beast from the consoles. this has already been covered by the devs at crytek.
