Got fed up increasing by a few mv at a time, whacked the card straight up to 1.1v, with 950/1900 @ 2000mhz and ran 3d mark, no crashes so far !

I've got the same card and a similar system that you do, I'll test this out and see what it can do. Gotta prepare for Battlefield 3! With only 1 570, I gotta get all the power I can out of it =P

Hmm yup Crysis 1 is more heavy than Crysis warhead or Crysis 2 I guess, thx for the tip MrTOOSHORT I want to install again Crysis 1 and do some benchs for stability. Btw Crysis 2 is not stable for overclocking, I dont want to use it anymore because it has DX11 upgraded and High resolution texture upgraded so its not originally one engine and I think because of that occur unstability in gaming or benchmark but only when you overclock your card.

To all of you that is out there. I have one question.

Are you satisfied overclocking your 570s upto the limit where you dont have to bother overclocking the voltage?

Is there a huge difference if you overclock the voltage and get more core/shader and memory? OR Is it still good enough to leave the voltage as it is and overclock what you can?

Thank you.

It entirely depends on your card. I got mine yesterday and its an OC dud. Came 1.025v stock at 742 mhz. I need 1.068v just to break 800. Some people break 900 with that much voltage.

If you have a good card you can get a significant oc on stock voltage. My card has almost no headroom without increasing the volts.

I hope its a good one

Bad company 2 seems to load my graphics card much harder than heaven 2.5 even on extreme tessellation. My temps get 10 degrees hotter and I needed to drop 20 mhz from my stable heaven OC to keep bc2 from instantly crashing.

What's the deal?

After reading through this thread and trying different clocks/voltages I have settled on 1.1v 920 core and 2100 memory clock. I have never seen it get above 75c and I idle at 37c.

EVGA GTX 570 SC stock was 792 1900 memory I believe. Not sure of stock voltage.

Well my asus dc ii doesn't oc worth a damn. It came with 1.025v for 743/1900 stock.

I'm fairly certain its stable for 24/7 at 1.063v 820/1900. I played some bc2 with that this morning for about 30 minutes with no issues.

I then bumped it to 1.1v to see if I could get a nice benchmark but it won't even get through heaven at 870/1900 so unless anyone has any bright ideas I'm just giving up lol.
