Vanilla gigabyte.

But think I can push it more than this, but haven't had time to do it yet!
You should be good to go for a bit more at those volts. I played Metro for a long time yesterday at 905/2300 1.088v and it was perfectly fine until I bumped it up to 910 which resulted in the display crashing and me having to restart my computer

What I'm not understanding is how you guys are changing the voltage on the card yet it shows 1000 as max on MSI Afterburner? Am I missing something?
b0sse,

Go to settings in MSI Afterburner and choose to unlock Voltage Control. Use latest beta of the MSI Afterburner

I've done that and my max is 1000... but I'm not sure how it's read... when people show screen shots of 1000 voltage... what does that equal?

1000 is 1000mV. In other words 1.0 Volts. Strange your max is only 1.0 volts?? Do you use Afterburner 2.1.0 Beta 5?

what's a good overclock setting that has relative low temp and good performance ratio?

Vsync = input lag. Makes first person games unplayable IMO.

Your computer isn't going to explode because your CPU is a few degrees warmer at idle...

Low temp? Crank the fan up manually. Your stock/OC temps will probably be very similar due to the way the stock fan profile works. It doesn't really get warmer when you up the voltage, just louder to keep the temps the same. Stock voltage you should be able to get ~800mhz core and it will be quiet-ish.
