GTX 570 overclocking thread - Page 192

1025 is your stock voltage ? mine is 1013 , but anyways 67 degrees at 100% on air isnt bad with a mild overclock , id maybe lower your fan curve to hit 100% at 70 or 75 if your 100% only hits 67 that way you should never really go over 70.

Everything looks nice. I think that most users don't like their cards exceeding 80C, so 100% fan speed is nice, although it sounds like a jet engine on my TF3 cooler biggrin.gif
Is 1025 stock voltage on the ASUS DCUII, what's the stock core? it's 0.975v @ 732MHz on my end.

Oh. Must have adjusted that some point when I was first playing around with it. I rember is being at 1013 in the past, now you mention it. I will see if it is stable at that core.

Your right, I fiddled with it in the past. Gonna try again, this time without cheat codes! wink.gif

thumb.gif +12mV doesn't add much overhead in terms of reaching much higher clocks, but stability is improved. At least in my experience.
@SimonFredette: could it be because you have the 2.5gb version of the cards? I haven't read much about them, mostly since they were unavailable when I purchased.

EDIT: Just realized the way I got back to stock was to click "reset", thus putting voltage at factory. I then put the clock back where I had it, but forgot to do the fan profile. I will run another test, just pay no attention to the results.
My new temps after running the same test for about 20 minutes. STrangely, temps went up after decreasing the voltage. Hmm....

Um... Screenshot? Does it not allow you to even adjust the slider?

it might be because of the 2.5 gb cards or it might be because of the sli ,but I cant even hit 800,2000 and run stable it blue screens no matter the overclock no matter the voltage .
