Nothing great I read the overclocks from the OP and selected one at random
that being > kidaquarius - 850/2100 1.063v - worked so well I dropped it to 1.050 mV

Fan speed 60% and 63° C, hasn't crashed yet and it's been over a month now.
One reason is my adding the RegWord TdrLevel = 0 (disable) to the registry.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/gg487368.aspx
If you play BF3 you really should disable this "user experience"

My system is whisper quiet at all times, if not for the LED's I couldn't tell it's running.
My set up allows low temps so I have a cut off of 75° C for both the CPU and GPU.
at which time the system shuts down, it's never come close in normal game play.

Normal temps are CPU ~34° CPU and ~63° GPU with a FPS of 50-150 (no vert sync).

I notice there is another Pennywise, I'm the other one, It's a second handle I've used
for many years. I got the handle so thought it unused.

Mine has been working flawlessly with 900/2200 @ 1.075mv settings. I had a driver crash after 6 hours of BF3 with 1.063mv so had to bump up the voltage a bit. I am looking for an excuse to upgrade but its doing 1080p 4xAA just fine so I'm waiting for Crysis 3 and GTX 7 series to show up. thumb.gif

Hey guys, just wanted to post to say that my 570 is still working great. I've had it since they were relatively new and there was all that hoopla about these cards dying prematurely, especially if overclocked. Well, reference card at 900 core and 2000 mem, 1.1V or something since I got it, and still going. I think I'll be getting another within the next month or so that will hopefully do the same.

careful , we have found that OC dual cards in sli is much more touchy , stock they are great but I cant overclock my pair at all absolutely nothing

That's a massive bummer to hear...maybe I will consider some other options as well. Any theories on why SLI is inhibiting the overclock potential of the cards? Honestly, I think I could run them stock for what it's worth. I'd have to spend double what the 570 is worth to get a card similar in performance to a 570 SLI setup...yeah, I can deal with stock. Still keeping my fingers crossed I can at least get them to the clocks I have now. This card can go higher, I was just worried about it biting the dust or something like so many other cards did.

Yeah, my SLI can't overclock more than 800 MHZ but on individually I can push both to 930 MHZ. SLI seems to drop the stability of my system.

Sounds more like a power issue to me, when I had a cheap 550W PSU I couldnt overclock my 570 past 800mhz either, then I switched to this 750W OCZ and now it takes 960mhz on benches, 920 stable all day. You guys are talking about SLI so I'd say you need a lot more power to feed those overclocked 570s. I doubt a 750W would be enough, I see people running them at 900 SLId with 1000W psus no problem.

Have a read here

For SLI: I was able to achieve 940-core/2100-memory/1879-shader.

Single Stock: 224.8 watts (500watt PSU recommended)
Single OC: 280 watts (550 watt PSU recommend)
SLI Stock: 426.4 watts (800 watt PSU recommended)
SLI OC: 576 watts (1000watt PSU recommended)

it might be psu related , I am also running a ocz 750 on mine so oc the sli might be pushing it , especially with an already oc processor

Maybe it is related to your PSU. Are these the same 570's you bought from me? Because if they are, I used to run them with a 24/7 overclock of 900MHz when they were water cooled.
