Artifacts went away at 1.1 volts and lasted a lot longer but in the end my overclock wasn't stable at 900 clocks. My temp hit 71c for only a split second a couple times throughout. Average was 69c at full load. I could use more fan speed if I needed it.

Is there anything I can do to get 900 clocks stable or is my card not good enough?

Thanks.
I read that with the core/shader and the memory, turning down one will sometimes allow the other to be stable at a higher speed. Not sure if this is the case but if your memory is really high and you wanna go higher than 900mhz core then it's worth a try. But if temps are cool, which yours definately are, then short of raising the voltage or trying this thing with lowering the memory clock, that's pretty much it.

Of course, now when my OC worked fine MSI Afterburner 2.2 beta expired.
In 2.1 version i cant get voltage control to work. Even though i marked "unlock voltage control" in setup. Is there any other way or program to control GPU voltages?

Does someone know when this 2.2 version will be released?

Thanks.
Have you tried the same volt and mem settings at 920 core? I can't run 900 stable, but I can play all day at 920. Just an OC hole in my pair of cards. I do it at 1.075 for that clock. Of course, there's nothing wrong with 850@1.0375v for 90% of the games out there, since the current offerings are console ports with shader improvements that don't stress the cards much... I mean, c'mon- Deus Ex HR at full tilt uses no more than 30% of my GPU. It's not worth the time to set the volts and clocks before playing that title. Metro or Stalker OTOH... So yeah, tro 920 and see if it works. Power supply makes a difference, too!

Voltage control only works for me in the BETA version as well. I just keep downloading/re-installing the BETA. Just uninstall the expired version and download and install it again. Not sure if there's any way around this. Also, mark "Yes" when it asks you if you are upgrading to a newer version so it keeps your saved Profiles.

How do you guys up the voltage? What program are you using? I'm using MSI Afterburner and I unlocked voltage control and monitoring in the Settings but it still won't let me change the mV (or even give me a reading). Did I have to reboot or something? I restarted the program.

Also, what kind of slight voltage bump would you recommend for 800/2000 core/memory? It's stable for me in all games but Deus Ex which crashes randomly after about 30-50 minutes of play (going to stock values results in no crashes).

Yeah just download the BETA version from that link after uninstalling the version you have now. And one voltage bump should make 800/2000 stable for most if not all games. Since it's almost stable now, one voltage bump should also let you turn up the clocks even higher. Might as well try to find the max speeds after you make the voltage bump, so you can get the most out of that voltage setting.

It did expired but 2.2 beta 6 came out at same time. Plus when you uninstall beta 5 just keep your old setting and install beta 6 you will be good to go. No need to redo any settings.

Reason why i couldn't use beta after reinstalling it is because i did use windows uninstalling for removing beta
