Are you using a VGA cable? Don't, use DVI.

Did you happen to be smoking while this happened? Same thing happened to my friend a while back, and was fixed after a nap.

Im using a DVI adapter for a VGA cable
possibly some sort of interference. heres a checklist:

1. does it happen in safe mode?
2. are all video drivers up to date?
3. are all psu connections secure?
4. vga or dvi? switch to a thicker cable, especially if it's vga (analog waveforms)... actually just go hdmi/dvi if possible, should lessen it at least if this is your case.
5. check if it's near anything else that could cause interference

I found another VGA cable from another monitor and it works now. I guess the cable was faulty.
