Perfect update for me since my main is Demoman!

<3 That there's a legitimate reason to use CNT in competitive now

To all whiners out there, QQ MOAR.
Just because you do not like the update/items does not mean the game has degraded so far down below.

I have spent 1000 hours, and this is still worth playing, regardless of the stupid items/updates they are giving out.

It also depends on how you play the game, IN WHAT SERVER, and WITH WHOM.

Actually, it means that it has. When the gameplay starts to depend on you having items that cost real money in order to excel, then it has changed. And most of us would agree that it's for the worst.

I'm glad that you have the spare cash to throw at the game. But you can't blame those of us who don't for wishing the game was closer to vanilla.

Lol, name one item that costs money that makes you "excel". Even the unlocks are easy to get after a bit of playing. The stock weapons have their own advantages and the only ones that are not as good as some unlocks are the bonesaw and shovel. Then again, with the new medieval mode the bonesaw is better than the ubersaw...

You don't have to spend money in order to excel, you have to get better at the game in order to excel, sounds to me like this was a cheap way out for not being as good or unable to get better(which is okay, some people just don't pick things up as fast as others). Just please don't blame it on unbalanced weapons whichonly the rich can afford. They all give their own advantages and disadvantages.

Like you said, the unlocks make it "interesting" not "unbalanced" and with the medieval mode it brings all sorts of new gameplay to the table. I'm curious to see how certain servers deal with it based on their current setups. I know we had fun last night on the OCN server playing that map.

This just in.

Natascha still requires skill.

Read right under the set advantage.

"Cannot be killed by headshots"

So, shell out $20 and skill no longer matters in sniper wars.

Can you headshot somebody with that weapon?
Are that weapon allowed in competitive?
